Our return policy goes like this:
- Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of the delivery date. Please reach out to us at team@omorpho.com and we’ll guide you through the process. (If you can have your order number handy, that will help speed things up.)
- Product must be purchased directly from OMORPHO.com or one of our licensed affiliates.
- Returns and exchanges without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.
- Returned products must be unused, unaltered and unwashed.
- We’ll pay for return shipping for all US orders in the contiguous 48 states. After you start your return, we’ll send you a shipping label.
- We are unable to accept returns / exchanges for international orders.
